Why We Built This Site
Indiana gives the public broad access to many court records, while court-access rules restrict juvenile, adoption, mental-health, sealed, expunged, and confidential personal information. In Clinton County, current court files usually route through MyCase and the Clerk of the Courts. Older divorce, lawsuit, criminal, guardianship, probate, and early marriage application records may be held by Archives. Jail, public-safety, photo, video, and crash-report requests route through the Sheriff's Office.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
