Indiana Tax Warrants
The Sheriff's OCV app links tax-warrant users to IndianaTaxWarrants.com. Tax warrants are not the same as criminal arrest warrants. They are civil collection tools tied to state tax obligations, and the payment or release process follows the tax-warrant portal rather than the criminal court warrant path.

Resolve a Clinton County Warrant
Do not rely on a public search alone before taking action. Warrants can be recalled, served, sealed, transferred, or tied to a court payment that still requires a judicial recall. A person with a possible active warrant should identify the issuing court, case number, charge or violation, and any bond or payment instructions before appearing in person.
For a court warrant, contact the Clerk or court about current status, hearing settings, bond, recall procedure, and whether payment through ePay or another channel affects the warrant. For Frankfort City Court traffic or ordinance warrants, call the city court. For a law-enforcement hold or booking issue, call the Sheriff's Office or Jail Division. If represented by counsel, counsel should contact the court or prosecutor about surrender, hearing, recall, or bond options.
Important: Confirm the issuing court and speak with counsel when possible before appearing on an active warrant.
Sheriff Sales Are Separate
The Sheriff app also links to sheriff foreclosure sales through SRI Services. Those records can involve court judgments, mortgage foreclosure, and property sale procedures, but they are not active arrest warrants. Keep sheriff sales separate from criminal warrants and tax warrants when searching Clinton County records.

Restricted Clinton County Warrants
Not every warrant-related record is public. Search warrants may be sealed while an investigation is active.
